PMS DAY at the Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals : Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, welcomed by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals Development , Dr. Mary Ogbe, when she paid an unscheduled visit to the Ministry to monitor the PMS activities of the day.
