HoCSF CALLS FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ON QMS • OHCSF GETS ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED
The Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF), Dr Folasade Yemi-Esan, CFR has urged the management and staff of the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) to ensure continuous improvement in Quality Management System (QMS) in their delivery of services. This is coming against the background of the official presentation of an ISO 9001:2015 QMS certificate by the Managing Director, Digital Jewels Africa, Mrs Adedoyin Odunfa, facilitators of the processes for the certification, which was received, on behalf of the Office, by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, CFR on 30th January, 2023, in Abuja.
