The Contributory Pension Scheme

The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Service through the promotion of good relations between Ministers and Civil Servants.

In line with Government's resolve to provide effective and efficient service delivery to the people, the OHCSF hereby sets for itself the Statement of Service and the Service Compact stated hereunder.

Mandate

To be responsible for overall management, leadership, planning, training and motivation of civil servants.
